I Called Twice to get a simple Answer and First Guy Clearly Agitated that he has to SPEAK!, doesn't want Part Number Just Trying to Rush Me with "WHATS YOUR QUESTION!!!?" Then says Let Me Put You On Hold- and Left me on hold! Guess he thinks Thats FUNNY! -MY SECOND CALL- Similar Treatment except this Guy Lies to me and Goes Quiet, Like He's on Pot or Just Plain Stupid! My Only Question,- 'Is the Hot Water Coil made of Stainless because it's Not mentioned, what metal was used to manufacture the item, part number- BU12689.1000- BUNN Needs to Evaluate personnel on Tech Support and Hold them Accountable for their BEING JERKS! ITS UNACCEPTABLE and Puts a Black On on BUNN! - IT SUCKS TALKING TO A~ HOLES !!!

Have you ever felt like a hamster on a wheel that won't stop... that is what it is like to try to get service, repair, and replacement equipment from BUNN. Slushie machine purchased used 1.5 months Seasonal business, opened back up 8 months later, machine not freezing at all. Spend days and hours on the phone to get a repair man The refrigerant repair man comes, The refrigerant is supposed to be at 12, but ours is at 1 (after not using it for 8 months... hmmmm. a leak is a major problem one would say. The US does not have the correct freon that the machine takes..why? Find a refrigerant that will "work"; and fill up to 12. 3 days later machine not freezing... still under warranty. We asked BUNN for a replacement machine Bunn says we have to have 3 service calls to even be considered for a new machine. The machine works intermittently.. when finally the repair comes back it works. Okay, but the very next day, that machine doesn't work... again. Again...seasonal business... losing money by the day. Call and talk to more people. Talk with Linda who sounds promising. Oh no, just the hamster on the wheel that will never stop. Now Linda refuses to give us a new machine and now wants us to go to where we bought it from. And where did that company turn, to BUNN to get some warranty help to no avail? JUST DON'T BUY BUNN. Sad to think you are willing to spend a little more money for quality, warranty, and a reputable product... You don't get any of that from BUNN.

Trips circuit

kept tripping my circuit today a few times, has done in past but nothing like today., there was a recall at one point, they won't do no more than offer a 20% when in fact should have done better. always had a bunn for years, ,different ones along the way, today is the last straw with this as service sucked and done with Bunn. Threw in the trash today!

We purchased a new Bunn coffee maker because of years it started to leak. My parents had one for years and then we used it for years as well. We purchased the CSB2G model about a year and a half ago. It keeps getting slower and slower. No comparison especially with paying over $100 for this unit. Very disappointed with this product and need to considering purchasing something else. Back in July Our Bunn Slushie Machine stopped working our maintenance person told us that the machine needed freon. So we called for a tech from Bunn Service 800-292-**** and we told them that the bunn machine needed freon, thy said no problem they would send someone to fix the problem. On or about July 29th the tech arrived looked at the machine said it needed freon and that he was not certified to work with freon. I then call their customer service line and they said they did not have anyone that was certified to send to repair the machine. I then made sure that we would not be billed for the service as no service was provided and they assured me that we would not be billed. I then noticed on out American express account we were billed for the service. When i called the billing department she would not help me and made it sound like there was nothing she could do for me. This is unreal and they should not treat customers like this and get away with it. The amount is $244

Buy one! No complaints. I love BUNN Coffee Makers. The replacement parts are free. I cleaned my Bunn coffee maker and a small attachment got thrown away before I realized it was gone. Customer Service is awesome.

Always love a Bunn but this is to much

Bunn coffee maker keeps running over or something the company sent me a different filter it worked for a while now it started again has ruined my utility cabinet always had a bunn but so Aggravated please help done

Since it was under warranty but not happy it cost me 25.00 to mail my old one back to you, wasnt expecting to pay the shipping.

I called customer service , spoke with Kim. All they want to do is sell me another unit.

I do not understand a company selling a product that they know specific parts are going to wear out yet do not make these parts available. In this case no concern about electrical, simply pop of the plastic top & the issue is right there.

I was not trying to get anything for free, wanted to purchase the correct part to repair coffee pot. What a racket!

10 year old coffee pot leaks. Called to get part to repair part and advised there is none and I had to purchase new pot. Based upon info on internet this seems to be a common problem with a simple gasket. I have used BUNN for 41 years however its unreasonable to have to spend $100 to replace a unit when it can be repaired for $1.00 part. Appears to be a very easy fix and also something they apparently a lot of issues with. Lousy customer support for their poor product. I understand things wear out however thats why they sell parts.
